Location: hybrid or full remote in one of our locations in UK, Germany (Mönchengladbach area), or France (Paris area).

About the job
Thanks to your background and understanding of the Telecom Infrastructures ecosystem, you are responsible for generating and developing new opportunities, building commercial offers and selling all the Aginode Telecom and Digital infrastructures connectivity solutions, products and services to international Telecom OEMs clients in Europe (Nokia (Finland/Spain), Huawei Europe (Germany/Hungary), Ericsson (Stockholm), etc.
You represent Aginode at customers and prospects in the field by executing the commercial action plan to maximize sales/profit, in coherence with the global solution offer and pricing strategy defined for the market.
Responsible for the entire sales process, you develop the existing portfolio and take charge of prospecting activities, from identifying projects to drawing up sales proposals, and from order management to collection, with the support of front office and credit management teams, as well as the support of our local sales teams in some of the Telecom OEMs affiliates countries.
You will be also in charge of maintaining and developing a key accounts base, and participate actively to identifying new projects in the OEMs key accounts affiliates in Europe that will generate profitable business in the short, mid and long-term.
As Business Development Manager, you also determine which new customers to focus on, will ensure proper technical knowhow is gathered to address tenders in the early part of the cycle, will adapt sell through channel strategy to serve customer needs
Skills & qualifications :
- General Technical and Sales knowledge of Telecom infrastructure networks
- At least 5 years of sales experience preferably with Telecom network infrastructures players, or at least in the sale of the following technical passive products (components (e.g. connectors), cable production, or cable assembly, …) or Telecom active solutions (Fixed or Mobile access products.
- Fluent in English
- Negotiation and contracting skills
- Sales strategy / Customer relationship
- Persistent and target-oriented way of working, high self-motivation, drive to win, entrepreneurial mindset
- Managing key customers with multi-millions business deals
- Willingness to travel frequently in Europe
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Used to work in an International Environment,
