In the exciting context of the start of Aginode as a stand-alone Group under the leadership of a new shareholder (Private equity), Aginode is recruiting a Group Consolidation & Financial Analyst to support the CFO and Finance Team on financial reporting and analysis at Aginode consolidated level.

This position reports to the CFO of Aginode Group.

How you’ll help us to support Aginode Finance team

The Group financial analyst masters the financial databases and reporting tools (Group reporting and consolidation tool Tagetik, financial reports out of SAP, Datavision / BO / BI reports, Power BI, new consolidation and reporting tool…) to provide granular information and to support & challenge Business owners – at commercial or operational levels.

The principle missions of the position include :

• production of the consolidated management reporting
• production of the consolidated financial statements
• elaboration of all forecasts
• financial analysis and synthesis to CFO, CEO and Top management
• building financial models and assessing the expected return from key Group projects (investments, M&A, transformation…)

The Group Consolidation & Financial Analyst collaborates transversally with all of the Site controllers, as well as with Sales, Purchasing and Industrial Operations. No direct report.

Main responsibilities :

Reporting, consolidation and financial analysis at Group level :

• Ensures reliable, on time and consistent reporting
• consolidates all management reporting
• Prepares Group consolidation financial statements
• Reports and explains in a fact-based and transparent manner financial and operational performance
• Provides specific analysis
• Exciting project will include implementing a new reporting and consolidation tool

Financial planning and business performance

• Challenges financial performance
• Monitors costs, looks for costs reduction and cash generation opportunities through budget control, analysis & benchmarks
• Consolidates and challenges rolling forecast for P&L / Balance Sheet and Cash-flows
• Contributes to building financial targets
• Simulates cash & P&L impacts of initiatives and ROI computations to support management in decision-making
• Supports all financial communication

Data management, digital tools, dashboards and productivity tools

• Builds and promotes dashboards, SAP extracts, BI reports or other reporting tools
• Supports the continuous improvement of data management
• Supports the continuous improvement of analytics

Required skills and qualifications :

• University Degree of Finance
• English fluent
• International exposure
• 8-10 years’ experience. With at least 4 year experience in one of the leading Audit firms (Big 4 or other) and ideally a previous FP&A experience in a consolidated reporting environment
• IT tools knowledge, including in particular Excel / SAP / Business Objects / Power BI / Tagetik or another consolidation and reporting tool
